My Father, Franklin Rogers Miller was born on 18 Aug 1929 in Youngstown Ohio, USA. He attended Valdosta High School in Georgia, and Gordon Military Academy.  He was an expert marksman.  He entered the US Army, where he was soon transferred to post – WWII Germany.  It is here that he met, and married, my mother, Annerose Hildegard Elschner.  Together they had 5 children, all girls.  Daddy died of complications of cancer in September 1973, my senior year of High School, in Jacksonville, Fl.
